Types of SIPPs

The GPC SIPP can be used to purchase freehold or leasehold commercial property with or without the assistance of borrowings.

The property can be purchased from either a connected party including the client themselves or from a completely independent third party. The SIPP can also purchase a property jointly with another individual or entity. Properties can be purchased or transferred into a SIPP from an existing pension arrangement.  The property can be leased to the member’s own company (on commercial terms) or a third party.

The GPC SIPP cannot purchase residential property.

Express SIPP

GPC SIPP Ltd have recently reduced our ‘Express’ set up fee to £nil (annual admin £280 per year), the Express fee schedule is fixed and transparent with no additional transaction charges for any of the underlying assets, unlike many other SIPP providers.

We want to aide your client’s in building their wealth via our entry level ‘Express SIPP’ offering.  The investment flexibility available within GPC Express SIPP remains enormous, with literally thousands of regulated investment products (and UK commercial property via our full SIPP arrangement) available to your clients;

  • Unit trusts and OEICs
  • Cash held in a dedicated interest bearing account
  • Platforms
  • DFM Platforms
  • Stocks & Shares
  • Bonds & Gilt

Your client’s can switch to our ‘full SIPP’ including commercial property at a time that suits them and only the relevant property purchase fees will apply.

What Our Customers Say

Since 2005 The Royal Bank of Scotland have worked closely with GPC SIPP Ltd and their clients, providing finance via SIPPs for complex commercial property transactions.  During this time we have found that both their professionalism and technical knowledge in the pension field are second to none.

The staff at GPC SIPP are always extremely helpful and are a delight to deal with. As such, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Banks own clients to them.
